Privacy Information

Last updated: October 15, 2026

Break Right provides a public trading-card checklist library and account tools for tracking breaks and personal collections. This page explains the information Break Right currently collects, how it is used, and the choices available to users.

1. Information available without an account

Published product checklists, card information, affiliations, and available product odds can be browsed without creating an account. Break Right may receive ordinary technical request information, such as the requested page, date and time, response status, browser information, and network address, through its hosting, security, and operational logging systems.

2. Account and application information

When you use an account, Break Right stores information needed to provide and secure the service. This may include account and contact details, breaker profiles, purchased spots, break history, recorded hits, collection and inventory details, financial entries, personal notes, preferences, invitations, and account-security records.

3. Photos and uploaded material

Private card photos and thumbnails are stored separately from the primary database and are served only after an ownership check. Uploaded photos are re-encoded and their original embedded metadata is not retained. Removed or replaced photos may remain in protected recovery storage or backups until those copies are rotated or manually removed.

4. Public submissions

Ideas, product requests, and official operator responses may be visible publicly. Voting totals and status information may also be public. Submission receipts, votes, moderation actions, and audit history are retained privately for operation, abuse prevention, and accountability. Do not include confidential information or personal information that you do not want displayed publicly in an idea or product request.

5. Support requests

When you submit a support request, Break Right stores the name, email address, category, subject, message, case number, status, related account identifier when applicable, and administrative history needed to respond to and manage the request. Support notifications are sent through the configured email provider. Support messages are not published.

6. Cookies and browser storage

Break Right uses essential cookies for authentication, account security, form protection, and other necessary application functions. Browser storage may retain preferences such as theme or collection-display choices. Break Right does not currently use third-party advertising or third-party analytics.

7. How information is used

Information is used to provide and secure the service, operate public checklists, maintain account and collection features, respond to support and privacy requests, send operational email, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, preserve audit history, and maintain protected backups.

8. Service providers

Administrator-issued complimentary access is recorded separately, including its expiration, administrator identity, reason, and change history. These records manage access; they do not change Stripe payment status.

When subscriptions are enabled, Stripe hosts payment checkout and subscription management. Payment details are entered on Stripe’s website. Break Right stores only the billing references, subscription and access state, and event-processing metadata needed to manage access. Break Right does not persist payment card numbers, CVVs, expiration dates, card brands, last-four digits, fingerprints, or raw Stripe payloads in its database or logs. See Stripe’s privacy policy for its processing practices.

Break Right relies on hosting, database, email, certificate, backup, and infrastructure providers to operate the service. These providers process information only as necessary to provide their respective services. Break Right does not sell personal information.

9. Retention and removal

Break Right retains information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate and secure the service, preserve requested collection and break history, resolve support matters, prevent abuse, satisfy applicable obligations, and maintain protected recovery copies. Removing a card, break, photo, idea, support request, or account from the active interface does not necessarily erase all related audit records or backup copies immediately. Backup copies are removed through the applicable backup-rotation process.

Break Right does not yet provide fully automated account-wide deletion or export for every collector record and photo. Requests are reviewed by the operator so related records, ownership, audit history, and recovery copies can be handled appropriately.

10. Access, correction, and deletion requests

To request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with your account or support history, use the Support page and select ‘Privacy or data request.’ Break Right may need to verify the requester’s identity before acting on the request. Some information may be retained where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, record integrity, dispute resolution, backup rotation, or applicable legal obligations.

11. Children

Break Right accounts and interactive features are intended only for users who are at least 18 years old. Do not create an account, submit an idea, vote, or send personal information through the Support page if you are under 18.

12. Security

Break Right uses access controls, encrypted connections, protected credentials, ownership checks, validation, logging safeguards, and backups intended to protect information. No internet service or storage system can guarantee absolute security.

13. Changes

This Privacy Information may be updated as Break Right adds features or changes its practices. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.

14. Contact
