Public Preview Terms of Service

Last updated: October 15, 2026

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Break Right, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Information. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Public Preview

Break Right is offered as a Public Preview. Checklist viewing and account creation are free when public registration is enabled. Email confirmation is required. When public registration is closed, new accounts require invitations. When subscriptions are enabled, break and collection tools require a USD 4.99 monthly subscription. Features, availability, source coverage, and access rules may change as the service develops.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create or use a Break Right account, submit ideas or product requests, vote, or submit personal information through Support. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity performed through your account. Invitations are personal and may not be sold or transferred.

4. Checklist, odds, and pricing information

Checklist, affiliation, odds, configuration, and reference-pricing information may be incomplete, delayed, incorrect, or subject to review. Checklist inclusion does not guarantee that a card will appear in a particular box, case, break, configuration, or purchase. Published odds do not promise an individual result. Reference prices do not constitute an appraisal, offer, recommendation, or guarantee of present or future value or availability.

5. Break and collection tools

A dated complimentary-access grant is separate from a Stripe subscription: it expires on its stated date, does not renew automatically, and does not change any existing Stripe charges. Revocation or expiration preserves saved application records. Temporary Stripe promotions can reduce the amount due, including to zero; when a temporary promotion ends, the subscription renews at USD 4.99/month until canceled, as disclosed in Checkout.

Subscriptions are purchased through Stripe-hosted Checkout and renew monthly until canceled. Manage payment details or cancel through Subscription in the Account menu. Cancellation scheduled for the end of the paid period keeps tool access until that period ends. Unpaid, expired, paused, or canceled subscriptions do not provide tool access; existing application records are retained. Checklists, account management, Ideas, and Support remain available without a subscription. Contact Support for billing questions.

Break Right helps users organize information about breaks, purchased spots, hits, collections, inventory, costs, and related activity. Users remain responsible for verifying their own purchases, allocations, ownership, taxes, financial records, marketplace obligations, and breaker rules. Break Right is not a party to transactions conducted through breakers, marketplaces, retailers, or other third parties.

6. User submissions

Ideas and product requests may be published immediately after submission. Do not submit confidential information, personal information about another person, unlawful material, malicious content, or content you do not have the right to provide.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Break Right a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, reproduce, display, format, moderate, and use the submission as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, and improve the service. Voting or submission does not guarantee review, response, implementation, or continued publication.

7. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation, evade rate limits, scrape or automate access contrary to published instructions, upload malicious material, impersonate another person, expose private information, or use Break Right for unlawful activity. Public availability of information does not authorize abusive collection, republication, or interference.

8. Third-party sources and services

Break Right may identify or link to manufacturers, retailers, marketplaces, breakers, checklist sources, or other third parties. Those parties are independent from Break Right. Links and source references do not imply endorsement, partnership, sponsorship, current availability, or permission to rely on third-party content beyond applicable rights.

9. Moderation and account access

Break Right may moderate or remove submissions, restrict features, suspend access, revoke invitations, or close accounts when reasonably necessary to protect users, data, the service, or applicable rights. Administrative actions do not guarantee immediate deletion of retained history or backups.

10. Availability and changes

Break Right may change, suspend, or discontinue features or access during the Public Preview. Maintenance, failures, source changes, and other interruptions may occur. No uptime or continued-availability guarantee is provided.

11. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Break Right is provided ‘as is’ and ‘as available,’ without warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, or uninterrupted operation.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Break Right and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; loss of data, profits, opportunities, cards, or expected value; or decisions made using checklist, odds, pricing, allocation, break, or collection information.

13. Privacy

Use of the service is also governed by the Privacy Information.

14. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated as Break Right develops. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
